Candidates can fill the application form for DSSSB recruitment 2025 on the official website of the board by following steps.

Step 1: DSSSB Registration

To start with, applicants need to create their profile at Dsssb online registration portal as a new user. For the same, candidates need to follow the below mentioned steps:

1. At first, visit the official website of dsssb.co.in
2. Find ‘New Registration’ button and click on it.
3. Enter the required details viz., date of birth, class 10th roll number and passing year of exam.
4. Click on ‘Submit’ afterwards providing the required details.
5. Soon a new window appears on screen.
6. Enter name, parents’ / spouse’s name, gender, nationality, mobile number, email ID as asked on screen.
7. Read and accept the undertaking by clicking on the checkbox at the bottom of page.
8. Click on ‘Submit’ button.
9. A new window opens up there with DSSSB registration number and password. Note that carefully.
10. Click on ‘Proceed’ to open Dsssb apply online window.

Step 2: Fill DSSSB Online Application Form

This step assumes that aspirant has finish the registration process as state earlier in Step-1. As a next step go to DSSSB Login to start filling the application form through dsssb official website. Read following steps to get further details.

1. Visit the official website of DSSSB.
2. Enter registration number, password and captcha code in the relevant fields.
3. Click on Sign in.
4. A new window appears showing the posts for which you are eligible to apply.
5. Click on the Apply tab.
6. Click on ‘Apply Now’ button of the post for which applicant wishes to apply.
7. Enter the details of address.
8. Select category and click on Declaration checkbox.
9. Click on Submit
10. Upload scanned images of photo, signature, left thumb impression and right thumb impression by clicking on relevant buttons. Following table shows the dimensions and size of photo to upload in Dsssb online form.
11. Afterward uploading the documents, click on Next.
12. Choose qualification for post.
13. Enter educational qualifications, university name, marks percentage, and passing year of exam.
14. Click on Insert / Cancel.
15. Click on the Final Save button
16. Enter desirable qualification and / or experience, if any.
17. Click on the Submit Final Application button after finishing up the details.

Step 3: Pay DSSSB Application Fee

Once after submitting the application, applicant needs to pay the fee through online mode. Generally the DSSSB application fee is Rs 100 for a majority of vacancy posts. However, all women candidates including SC, ST, PwD, ESM category are exempted from paying the application fee.

• Click on the Forget Password button.
• Enter birth date, class 10th roll number and passing year
• Click on ‘Get OTP on Registered Mobile / Email to Reset Password’.
• Check the OTP and enter the same in the space provided.
